Her reality hopping is mostly in Japan/Holy Grail War/Whatever but you know it's fun to do fun things sometimes '-'.

. . . and the other note here is that she pings with magic and some Grail and some Servant and some "Other" with a strong tie to 'fate'.

So, drinks happened. Ilya has probably seen Yukari SUPER. DRUNK. Yukari is talkative as fuck so she might have mentioned some weird shit she has done i.e. invading the moon, messing with the border between the world of the living and the dead for lulz, that one time at band camp, etc. They could chat about magic crap too since Yukari is pretty knowledgeable about that shit and likes trading notes.

IDK WHAT ILYA GOES BY when reality-hopping, if she introduces herself by her real name or what. Ilyasviel/Caster or what have you. But yes.

I play three characters that have travelled to other worlds and the other two have worlds that make a big deal of playing host to other interdimensional travellers, she must have crossed at least one of their paths. Maybe Ilya hopped by to watch a fighting tournament held in an asylum for no logical reason, or went volcano swimming with a magical fire princess, or got drunk with a sad girl whose friends had all died just before she went off to kill herself.

I CAN INDEED DO ALL OR ANY OF THOSE SCENARIOS. Ilya would have introduced herself as 'Iris' and generally be vague about herself but also friendly. She might have mentioned her family in a way but mostly was there to have a casual good time before poofing off.
